But recent surveys are telling 40 percent of the people who are living in the world are mostly affected by the sleeping problem,those who are not getting better sleep.Each and every person have to sleep at least one third of the day. It means at least 7 to 8 hours a day without any pills. If we sleep like this most of the health problems are away from us.

Activity in parts of the brain that control emotions, decision-making processes, and social interactions is drastically reduced during deep sleep, suggesting that this type of sleep may help people maintain optimal emotional and social functioning while they are awake.
